Erick Farfan, has been in the Real Estate business ever since his first memory. In Peru, his family owned a Real Estate company, which he worked at throughout his schooling years, and once he graduated from  university, he worked as the company’s Director of Sales. During that time, he began to conduct sales of Miami properties to Peruvian investors which gave him the opportunity to visit Miami for the first time in 1995. One of the many projects he visited was the Mutiny on the Bay which was still under construction.

As Vistas’ Director of Sales & Marketing, he has the substantial tasks of creating unique strategies for new business developments including directing the company’s growth, new projects, new offices, expanding broker relations, and building new company divisions. He is also charged with strategically developing long-term plans and sales goals for all of the various projects Vistas represents. 

In 2008 he started working with The Related Company with Icon Brickell the 1800 unit’s new project with Related Cervera Realty Services for a short period of time helping with in-house sales and closings. Today he is working his own company with a local real estate company and has offices in partnership in Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela and Peru, using all his skills for the past years to help buyers and sellers get better deals every day.
